The Montclair Wildlife Coalition (MWC) is dedicated to building a community of respect for the natural world and our wild neighbors.
Through outreach, myth busting, and advocacy we work to protect local wildlife while educating on ways to coexist and reduce issues humanely.
We believe the path to coexistence lies in respecting wildlife and addressing real or perceived issues — not through cruelty or killing — but with compassion, science, and humane solutions.
There are a lot of myths and misleading claims circulating about deer and other wildlife. This site is a place to check them and gain a better understanding.
